DIY £3 bouquet!

So a major staple in most weddings - flowers
Whether you have or lots of them everywhere or small posies scattered here and there they can be quite -very expensive.
So today I'm going to show you a bouquet I made recently for a photo shoot that all in all cost under £3 !!

Materials used:

Tesco ombre roses (fire effect) - £0.80 per bunch - x2
white organza ribbon - £0.35 per meter
East of Asia gift tag £0.99 including p+p - Ebay.

Assembly instructions:
-Open up flower packets
-Remove all leaves/thorns carefully with scissors making sure stems are smooth
-Use an elastic band/old hair tie to gather roses together to start forming bouquet shape
-Test size of bouquet by holding in front of your waist - add/remove additional roses as necessary.
- Next cut the stems straight across at your desired length, again with the scissors
-While still using the band to gather, start binding the organza ribbon tightly around the stems starting at the top.
-Once there is enough coverage of ribbon either tie the loose ends together in a small knot, use double sided sticky tape in small strips to attach or a small safety pin (pack of 50 for £1.00 @ Tesco)
-Lastly attach your gift tag by un clipping the hook that attaches to the heart and sliding under a layer of ribbon to reattach.
**fluff out the roses at the top if too squashed in & Voila!**

The finished product "on the day" -

**Ideal for Brides, Bridesmaids or Venue decoration at an affordable price! **

Well Hello There!

So finally here we are, a lifelong dream becoming reality.
I have decided to become a wedding planner,  to offer high glamour and beautifulness for everybody! I am an expert at the DIY touches that can make a wedding truly yours and create memories to stay with you and last a lifetime!

For as long as I can remember I have been in love with weddings and have planned more than  I can imagine ever happening ( enter stuffed notebooks, full Pinterest boards and a husband who needs to remind me daily we are already married!)

Due to personal issues this year we actually planned our wedding in 8/9 months and DIYed 99.9% of it and it was the best  experience of my life.

So.. Enough of the babbling, that's me.. Belle and I plan very soon on inviting you  into my world of budget wedding magic.

Au revoir for now..
