DIY Washi Tape flags - Rustic Winter

I think its about time i put my Washi Tape obsession to good use!

Just a little something i did this afternoon,

Some Washi Tape Flags & Mini Flags - these ones are perfect for any rustic, wintery theme and are just too cute!

You Will Need:

BBQ Skewers/
Cocktail Sticks (im sure you have some in the kitchen somewhere!)

Washi Tape - A few assorted patterns

Sharp Scissors

What to do:
*Place the skewer in the middle of the tape,

*Fold the tape over, making sure the patterns match up.

*Trim off any excess tape, making sure all edges are either a neat point of a inverted arrow for a flag.

*A very simple, easy and relaxing project for you guys!
Im sure we will be seeing a lot more of these! if you do decide to make your own - feel free to post them to our facebook wall, we'd love to see!

Post Wedding project #1!

Your Wedding is probably a day you will get more cards than ever before which is wonderful! However, after the wedding where on earth do you put them all? In a box, in an album maybe..

For some reason this doesnt sit so well with me and i think they need to be on display where you can see them all over again each day (well until you get bored of them!)

Now this is very much still a work in progress and hasnt been prettified yet, but I couldnt wait to show you!

Used in this project:

Ikea Nyttja Photo frame - £5 (in black of course!)
A Selection of our wedding cards - Gifted
Our vows cards!

*** Placing the cards in to either your name initials or your new surname initials adds a really cute touch!***

**Once the cards are securely in the frame try it on the wall to get the most impact and to start working on how you want it decorated!**

See you soon with part 2!
